In short. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nobody. The assessments run entirely in your browser. We hold only what you deliberately choose to send us through a form.
Who we are
IQONTREE. You can reach us any time at contact@iqontree.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form and choose to send. There are three of them.
Talk to us, on the home page: your name, your company, your email, your phone number, and whatever you write in the message.
Express Interest, on our assessments: your name, your company, your work email, and your phone number if you give one. We also receive a short summary of your result — your maturity level, the value range shown, your team size and your audit turnaround — so that we can reply with something useful rather than something generic.
Builder Fellowship applications: your name, email, mobile number, the public link you give us, and what you write about yourself and your work. We use it to consider your application and to reply to you, and for nothing else. You must be 18 or over to apply.
What we do not collect
- No cookies of any kind.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking services.
- Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
- The assessments run in your browser. Your answers and your PDF report are produced on your own device. None of it reaches us unless you fill in a form and press send.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to follow up about iqontree products and services, and to consider fellowship applications. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Your agreement
Sending us your details is entirely voluntary. You can read every page on this site, complete any assessment and download any report without telling us who you are.
By submitting a form, you confirm that the details you enter are yours to share and that you agree to this notice.
Who else processes it
- Formspree — receives submissions from all three forms and delivers them to us.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and, as any web host does, processes request data such as your IP address in order to serve pages and guard against abuse.
Both act on our instructions. We will not add others without updating this page.
Where it goes
iqontree operates globally. Your details may be handled in a country other than your own. Wherever they are handled, they are used only for the purposes described here.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed to answer you.
Your choices
Email contact@iqontree.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. One message is enough — we do not make you fill in a form to undo a form.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. Access to what you send us is limited to the people who need it in order to reply.
Changes
If any of this changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
